it must be typed, but do not sign (all documents, except fingerprint card
must, be signed in presence of Security Officer when you have all of your
paperwork at scheduled interview at Bldg #1 with Mr. Santana). Form
SF85P cannot be saved once
it has been filled in (unless you have ADOBE Professional). Print the completed form and scan it (minus
the three instruction pages); email the completed scanned form to Moe {Maurice.vazquez@navy.mil}

year List last 7 years of employment, etc Foreign countries visited in last 7
years Answer all Yes and No questions 3 references must not be relatives SSN on all pages Need
fingerprint card which can be handwritten and completed at Front Gate where you
normally get flight line pass; do not sign until told to do so by the
personnel who printed you. Will
need standard gate access paperwork from Moe as well When
you have all the documentation, there will be an interview with Security
Officer who will go through forms, have you sign them, and then issue new
style gate access pass (proximity card vice swipe card) Eligibility to join is governed by Navy BuPers Instruction 1710.22. |
